program 1:
- Lecture and tasting of sencha, gyokuro tea conducted by Hitomi and Nobuyuki Kishi.
- In Japan, there are various teas: matcha, sencha, gyokuro, houjicha and many more. We want to specially introduce you to sencha and gyokuro teas which we practice according to Obaku Baisa senchado tea ceremony.
- This program is based on
senchado tea ceremony and you will learn how to make and enjoy the tea. - We will serve some traditional wagashi sweets with the tea.

program 2:
- Chado tea ceremony conducted by Hitomi and Nobuyuki Kishi
- There are not many Japanese who experience thick tea (espresso-like tea) and the tea ceremony. It is often thought that these two are for advanced people but we believe everyone can enjoy it.
- Tea, sweets and light meal will be served during this original tea party style ceremony.
- Time: 3 h

Nodate – outdoor tea ceremony- Since the tea came to Japan, Japanese people have enjoyed tea outside and there are many spots in Kamakura where you can do it.
- In this program we will take you to one of our favorite places and let’s enjoy the tea outside together.
- We will serve you tea and some seasonal traditional wagashi sweets.

- Tea blind testing
- This course includes trying various types of teas and challenging yourself in blind testing.
- Learn by fun the world of Japanese tea.
- We will serve you also some seasonal traditional wagashi sweets.
